25 U.S.C. § 5611: Definitions

In this subchapter:(1) Indian tribeThe term “Indian tribe” has the meaning given the term in the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (25 U.S.C. 450b). (2) ProjectThe term “Project” means the Indian trust asset management demonstration project established under section 5612(a) of this title. (3) SecretaryThe term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
