CHAPTER 231—AVIATION HALL OF FAME

(a) Federal Charter.—Aviation Hall of Fame (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation. (b) Perpetual Existence.—Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
