A detergent blender must comply with the requirements of this section.

(a) Gasoline standards. A detergent blender must comply with the applicable requirements of subpart C of this part.

(b) PTDs. On each occasion when a detergent blender transfers custody of or title to any fuel, fuel additive, or regulated blendstock, the transferor must provide to the transferee PTDs under subpart L of this part. P>(c) Equipment calibration. A detergent blender at an automated detergent blending facility must calibrate their detergent blending equipment in accordance with subpart N of this part.
