(a) What size motor vehicles may we obtain? (See 41 CFR 102-34.50).
(b) All requests to obtain passenger automobiles larger than class IA, IB, or II (small, subcompact, or compact) shall be forwarded with justification to the DPMO for approval and certification for compliance with the fuel economy objectives listed in 41 CFR 102-34 subpart B.
(c) Requests to exempt certain light trucks from the fleet average fuel economy calculations shall be forwarded with justification to the Office of Management for approval.
