42 U.S.C. § 12880: Report

The Secretary shall no later than December 31, 1995, submit to the Congress a report setting forth—(1) the number, type and cost of eligible properties transferred pursuant to this part; (2) the income, race, gender, children and other characteristics of families participating (or not participating) in homeownership programs funded under this part; (3) the amount and type of financial assistance provided under and in conjunction with this part; (4) the amount of financial assistance provided under this part that was needed to ensure continued affordability and meet future maintenance and repair costs; and (5) the recommendations of the Secretary for statutory and regulatory improvements to the program.
