42 U.S.C. § 2385: Installations transferable

CHAPTER 24—DISPOSAL OF ATOMIC ENERGY COMMUNITIES

All municipal installations are authorized to be transferred under this subchapter, but shall not include property which the Commission determines to be needed for its own use.
