  5. Subpart B—Tribal IV-D Program Application Procedures

(a) The authorized representative of the Tribe or Tribal organization must sign and submit the Tribal IV-D program application.

(b) Applications must be submitted to the Office of Child Support Enforcement, Attention: Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement , with a copy to the appropriate regional office.
