Notwithstanding the requirements of §§ 178.274 and 178.277, UN T75 cryogenic portable tanks may be designed, constructed, inspected, tested, and certified in accordance with ASME Code Section XII (IBR, see § 171.7 of this subchapter) in conjunction with the NBIC (IBR, see § 171.7 of this subchapter), and in accordance with the conditions and limitations of § 173.252 of this subchapter.
