51 U.S.C. § 50923: Report to Congress

The Secretary of Transportation shall submit to Congress an annual report to accompany the President’s budget request that—(1) describes all activities undertaken under this chapter, including a description of the process for the application for and approval of licenses under this chapter and recommendations for legislation that may further commercial launches and reentries; and (2) reviews the performance of the regulatory activities and the effectiveness of the Office of Commercial Space Transportation.
