Packaged olives means
(a) Processed olives in hermetically sealed containers and heat sterilized under pressure, otherwise known as canned ripe olives and including the three distinct types, ripe, green ripe, and tree-ripened; or
(b) Olives, packed in brine, and which have been fermented and cured, otherwise known as green olives.
