7 U.S.C. § 3324: Authorization of appropriations

(a) In generalThere are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter—(1) $7,500,000 for each of fiscal years 1991 through 2013; and (2) $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2023. (b) Prohibition on useFunds made available under this section may not be used to acquire or construct a building.
