7 U.S.C. § 4512: Administrative provisions

(a) Nothing in this subchapter may be construed to preempt or supersede any other program relating to dairy product promotion organized and operated under the laws of the United States or any State. (b) The provisions of this subchapter applicable to orders shall be applicable to amendments to orders.
