Ala. Code § 45-43-110: Expense Allowance - Board Members.

Each member of the Lowndes County Board of Registrars shall be entitled to receive an additional expense allowance in the amount of five dollars ($5) per day to be paid out of the county general fund. This expense allowance shall be in addition to any and all other expense allowances provided by law.
