Ala. Code § 45-50-83: Requisition and Distribution of Funds.

In Monroe County, the district judge may requisition expenditures from the supervision fees for probation service for any and all expenses to be incurred in the administration of juvenile justice and juvenile probation services. The Treasurer of Monroe County shall distribute monies from the fund upon requisition made to the treasurer by the district judge.
