Ala. Code § 45-50-83.01: Contribution and Use of Funds.

In Monroe County, each municipality located in the county may contribute money to the Treasurer of Monroe County as provided herein. The contributions shall be remitted to the account for supervision fees for probation service to be expended for any and all expenses to be incurred in the administration of juvenile justice and juvenile probation services.
