Ala. Code § 45-58-231.39: Office Space, Equipment, and Supplies.

The county commission shall provide the board an office in the county courthouse which shall be suitably equipped and furnished for the operation of the board’s business including, but not limited to, telephone service, postage supplies, stationery, and other supplies necessary for the board’s operations.
