Shelby County Work Release, as authorized and established by Act 596, 1975 Regular Session (Acts 1975, p. 1346), pertaining to a rehabilitation and work release program and as amended and reenacted by subpart 1, commencing with Section 45–58–233, shall now be known as Shelby County Community Corrections.
