(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the "Social Innovation Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of: (1) Any loans, investments, or other amounts received by the Department of Community Correction under the Pay-for-Success Act, § 12-27-201 et seq.; (2) Grants made by any person or federal government agency; and (3) Any other funds authorized or provided by law. (c) The fund shall be used by the department to make any payments required under the Pay-for-Success Act, § 12-27-201 et seq. Added by Act 2015, No. 895,§ 42, eff. 4/1/2015.
