Ark. Code Ann. § 19-5-1144: Accountability Court Fund

(a) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the "Accountability Court Fund". (b) The fund shall consist of: (1) Grants made by any person or federal government agency; and (2) Any other funds authorized or provided by law. (c) The fund shall be used by the Administrative Office of the Courts for adult and juvenile specialty court programs as defined under § 16-10-139 , based upon a formula to be developed by the Arkansas Judicial Council, Inc., reviewed by the Specialty Court Program Advisory Committee, and approved by the Legislative Council.
