Ark. Code Ann. § 19-5-1213: Arkansas Athletic Commission Fund

(a) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Arkansas Athletic Commission Fund". (b) (1) The fund shall consist of those fees set out in § 17-22-101 et seq. (2) The fund shall be used for those purposes set out in § 17-22-101 et seq. Acts 2001, No. 1646, § 17.
