C.R.S. § 2-3-119: Audit of healthcare affordability and sustainability hospital provider fee - cost shift.

At the discretion of the legislative audit committee, the state auditor shall conduct or cause to be conducted a performance and fiscal audit of the healthcare affordability and sustainability hospital provider fee established pursuant to section 25.5-4-402.4.
