C.R.S. § 2-3-120: Periodic performance audits of Colorado new energy improvement district and new energy improvement program - reports.

No later than June 30, 2014, and no later than June 30 of every fifth year thereafter, the state auditor shall conduct or cause to be conducted a performance audit of the Colorado new energy improvement district created in section 32-20-104 (1), C.R.S., and the new energy improvement program established by the district pursuant to section 32-20-105 (3), C.R.S. The state auditor shall prepare a report and recommendations on each audit conducted and shall present the report and recommendations to the committee.
