C.R.S. § 23-18-308: Fee-for-service contracts - grants to local district colleges - limited purpose - repeal.

(1) Subject to available appropriations, the department shall enter into fee-for-service contracts for the following purposes:

(a) (I) The creation of career pathways for students designed pursuant to sections 23-60-109 and 24-46.3-104.

(II) This subsection (1)(a) is repealed, effective June 30, 2028.

(b) to (e) Repealed.

(f) Providing services to maximize concurrent enrollment across the community college system as provided in section 23-60-202.7;

(g) to (i) Repealed.

(j) The Colorado rural health-care workforce initiative established in article 76.5 of this title 23, including for health-care professionals rural tracks at institutions of higher education and administrative costs and educational support provided by the university of Colorado's school of medicine's rural program;

(k) The recruitment of wildland fire prevention and mitigation educators program administered pursuant to section 23-81-102;

(l) (I) The Colorado multidisciplinary health-care provider access training program created in section 23-21-1103.

(II) This subsection (1)(l) is repealed, effective June 30, 2028.

(m) (I) The creation of education programs aligned pursuant to section 8-15.7-201.

(II) This subsection (1)(m) is repealed, effective June 30, 2028.

(n) Repealed.

(o) (I) The Colorado school of public health's analysis of model legislation related to a statewide universal health-care system conducted pursuant to section 23-20-146.

(II) This subsection (1)(o) is repealed, effective December 1, 2027.

(2) Notwithstanding any provision of this part 3 to the contrary, the amount of a fee-for-service contract or grant pursuant to this section is not included in the calculation of "total state appropriation" or "total governing board appropriation" made pursuant to this part 3.
