C.R.S. § 23-20-127: Warrants as security - when.

Anticipation warrants issued in pursuance of sections 23-20-123 to 23-20-129 may be used as security for any depository bond or obligation where any kind of bonds or other securities shall or may, by law, be deposited as security.
