C.R.S. § 23-20-128: Tax exemption.

Any anticipation warrants issued pursuant to the provisions of section 23-20-125 by the regents of the university of Colorado shall be exempt from taxation for state, county, school district, special district, municipal, or other purposes in the state of Colorado.
