C.R.S. § 39-11-144: County property, prior sales validated.

All sales of property made by the board of county commissioners of any county must be deemed valid, and these sales are confirmed if they were made at either public or private sale and made by deed issued by a duly appointed commissioner to convey upon direction of the board of county commissioners.
