C.R.S. § 39-11-145: Proceeds of sales.

All net proceeds from the sale, lease, or other disposition of property so conveyed to the county by the commissioner must be paid to the treasurer of the county, and the treasurer shall distribute the proceeds to the various taxing jurisdictions in which the property is situated in the same proportion that the ad valorem taxes levied by each taxing jurisdiction in the preceding calendar year bears to the total of all ad valorem taxes levied on the property in the preceding calendar year.
