C.R.S. § 6-25-110: Maximum liability for articles lost from rooms.

The landlord or keeper of a hotel or public establishment is not liable for the loss of an article left by a guest or patron in a room assigned to or occupied by the guest or patron, greater in value, in any event, than the sum of two hundred dollars for all articles that may be lost by the guest or patron, except by an agreement in writing made by the landlord or keeper of the hotel or public establishment, or person in charge of the office, assuming a greater liability.
