C.R.S. § 8-13.3-417: Severability.

If any provision of this part 4 or application thereof to any person or circumstance is judged invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this part 4 that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this part 4 are declared severable.
