CHAPTER 368v*. HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS

Not later than thirty days after granting licensure to an assisted living services agency that operates a managed residential community or an assisted living services agency that provides services at a managed residential community, the Commissioner of Public Health shall notify the State Ombudsman of such licensure.
