Conn. Gen. Stat. § 19a-564b: Managed residential communities. Notification required re operator or assisted living services agency changes.

Each managed residential community shall provide not less than thirty days' notice to its residents and residents' legal representatives before (1) the operator of the managed residential community changes from one business entity to another, or (2) the assisted living services agency providing services at the managed residential community changes from one agency to another.
