TITLE 52. CIVIL ACTIONS
CHAPTER 932. CONNECTICUT UNIFORM MEDIATION ACT

Notwithstanding the provisions of sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, any voluntary agreement to enter into mediation in a contested matter before the Probate Court shall be governed by the procedures and administrative requirements prescribed in the rules of said court.
