Conn. Gen. Stat. § 52-682: Relation to Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act.

Sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, modify, limit or supersede the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, 16 USC 7001 et seq., but sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, do not modify, limit or supersede Section 101(c) of said act or authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in Section 103(b) of said act.
