Conn. Gen. Stat. § 52-683: Uniformity of application and construction.

In applying and construing the uniform provisions of sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, consideration should be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact such uniform provisions.
