Conn. Gen. Stat. § 52-684: Severability clause.

If any provision of sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, or application of sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, are severable.
