TITLE 52. CIVIL ACTIONS
CHAPTER 932. CONNECTICUT UNIFORM MEDIATION ACT

(a) Sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, govern a mediation pursuant to a referral or an agreement to mediate made on or after October 1, 2025.

(b) On and after October 1, 2026, sections 52-670 to 52-685, inclusive, govern an agreement to mediate whenever made.
