D.C. Code § 10-1051: Definitions.

For the purposes of this chapter, the term:
(a)

Repealed.
(1A)
"Director" means the Director of the Department of Public Works.
(2)
Repealed.
(3)
"Place of public accommodation" shall have the same meaning as provided in § 2-1401.02(24).
(4)
"Public restroom facility" means a restroom maintained by the District or an agent of the District and accessible to the public free of charge.
