D.C. Code § 42-3131.09: Fees.

(a)

The owner of a vacant building shall register the building and pay registration fees within 90 days after it becomes a vacant building.

(b)

Fees for registration and renewal shall be as follows:

(1)

The initial registration fee shall be $350; and

(2)

The renewal registration fee shall be $500.

(c)

The Mayor may increase the fees set forth in subsection (b) of this section through rules issued pursuant to § 42-3131.21.
