D.C. Code § 7-1407(Perm): DC HealthCare Alliance recertification.

(a)

The Mayor shall allow enrollees for the DC HealthCare Alliance ("Alliance") program to complete an application for recertification with the Department of Human Services:

(1)

In person;

(2)

Over the telephone; and

(3)

Through electronic means, including through a web-based portal.

(b)

Applicants for the Alliance program shall not be required to complete a face-to-face interview to establish eligibility for enrollment in the Alliance program or to recertify their enrollment in person.

(c)

Repealed.

(d)

Repealed.

(e)

Enrollees in the Alliance shall be required to recertify their enrollment on an annual basis.
