- CHAPTER 116 POWERS AND DUTIES OF OFFICERS
The superintendents of state asylums, and the presidents and principals of all state educational institutions are prohibited from selling or otherwise disposing of property belonging to the state, except in cases where they have previously obtained permission from their respective boards of commissioners or trustees.
