- CHAPTER 116 POWERS AND DUTIES OF OFFICERS
Upon the sale of any state property by the superintendent and presidents of state institutions as provided by law, they shall take receipt for the same from the purchaser, which receipt shall be forwarded, together with the proceeds of the sale, to the Chief Financial Officer.
