Fla. Stat. § 272.04: Department to allocate space.

The Department of Management Services shall have authority to allocate space to house the various departments, agencies, boards, and commissions in said buildings, excepting, however, the new Supreme Court Building, for which authority shall be vested in the justices of the Supreme Court.
