Fla. Stat. § 272.05: Budgets for repair and maintenance; review.

The Department of Management Services and the Executive Office of the Governor shall be empowered to review, change, and modify the budgets of the departments, agencies, boards, and commissions relating to the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of said buildings.
