CHAPTER 274 TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

Any person who violates any provision of this act or any rule prescribed pursuant to its authority shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
