CHAPTER 274 TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY LOCAL GOVERNMENTS

The provisions of this act shall be liberally interpreted to be cumulative and supplementary to any general, special or local law, heretofore or hereafter enacted.
