Fla. Stat. § 320.90: Notification of consumer’s rights.

The department shall develop a motor vehicle consumer’s rights pamphlet which shall be distributed free of charge by the Department of Legal Affairs to the motor vehicle owner upon request. Such pamphlet must contain information relating to odometer fraud and provide a summary of the rights and remedies available to all purchasers of motor vehicles.
