Fla. Stat. § 320.95: Transactions by electronic or telephonic means.

(1) The department may accept an application provided for under this chapter by electronic or telephonic means.

(2) The department may collect e-mail addresses and use e-mail in lieu of the United States Postal Service as a method of notification.
