Fla. Stat. § 429.925: Discontinuance of operation of adult day care centers.

In addition to the requirements of part II of chapter 408, before operation of an adult day care center may be voluntarily discontinued, the operator must, at least 60 days before the discontinuance of operation, inform each participant of the fact and the proposed date of discontinuance of operation.
