Fla. Stat. § 429.927: Right of entry and inspection.

In accordance with s. 408.811, the agency or department has the right to enter the premises of any adult day care center licensed pursuant to this part, at any reasonable time, in order to determine the state of compliance with this part, part II of chapter 408, and applicable rules.
