Fla. Stat. § 636.059: Unfair methods of competition, unfair or deceptive acts or practices defined.

For the purposes of defining unfair methods of competition, unfair or deceptive acts or practices, the provisions of s. 641.3903 apply to a prepaid limited health service organization.
